Kudos:
Is a British film and television production company what has produced programs from BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, Amazon and Netflix. Some of its famous programs being Humans, Broadchurch, Utopia and Spooks. The company was voted best independent production company by Broadcast magazine in 2007. The company was founded in 1992 and since 2007 has been part of the Shine group and set up a film unit in 2007 called Kudos Pictures. In 2011 Shine was acquired by News Corporation. They predominately produce Drama’s.
I was unable to find the revenue and staff, but the company is now backed by 21st century fox so probably has large financial backing and can use the resources from other 21st century fox departments.
Kudos Ethos and values is that they are passionate programme makers who specialize in scripted content, who work with global talent to create, develop and produce popular, innovative award-winning drama and comedy series.
Kudos has also accumulated some awards over the years like the Peabody award for Broadchurch in 2013. In 2009 they got the Televisual Bulldog award for best Indie show along with the same award in 2008 and Best independent production company in 2007.

Tiger Aspect:
Is a British television and film production company noted for its situation comedies. Founded in 1988 by Peter Bennett-Jones they have produced programs like The Vicar of Dibley and Mr, Bean. They have also produced larger productions like Sherlock Holmes and Robin Hood. The company is now owned by Disney Channels Worldwide.
Again, I couldn’t find any information on size or revenue but they are owned by Disney which would allow them to use their resources and funding.
The company believes in nurturing and supporting creativity on every level means that Tiger Aspect consistently attracts the ultimate in on-screen, writing and production talent. Meaning they support people's creative ideas and try and attract the best talent to make the most high-quality production they can do.

Red Productions: Is a British independent television production company owned by StudioCanal, founded in 1998 in Nicola Shindler and has produced programs like Our Friends in the North and Queer as Folk. In 2013 StudioCanal bought the majority stake in Red productions.
Again I couldn’t find any statistics on revenue or staff but the company is owned by StudioCanal a large independent production company.
Studiocanal is a French film production and distribution company which is owned by the Vivendi group. The company was founded in 1988 by Pierre Lescure as a spinoff of the Canal+ pay-tv network and originally focused on French production but soon expanded into the American market. Some of their largest work is Terminator 2, JFK, Basic Instinct, Cliffhanger and Under Siege. The company mainly supports independent films which tend to have a left-wing bias which mainly produce European programs, both Red and StudioCanal's ideologies fit very well.

Overall the distributor which fits my plan fits pretty well with Channel four due to it’s left leaning ideology and anti-Brexit stance which also fits in with the production company Red.
